We bought this chair to try and extend the time back surgery is needed. Sitting in the chair at the dealer sold it for us. High quality, well made and comfortable! Was delivered and set up for us. Had some issues and had to have the chair replaced but hey, that happens sometimes. More importantly, customer support was on top of it and we had our replacement chair soon. Would rec for all these reasons
The OHCO M.8 massage chair has one of the best massage quality and feel of any chair I have owned. The feel is nearly identical to a massage therapist and the heating is the best of any chair I have ever used(25+chairs). I highly recommend the OHCO M.8!
I bought the M.8 as a Dreamwave (before the name change to Ohco) in about 2019. Before posting a review, I needed to know how long it is going to last. I’m 5 years in and so far, good. I have had to have it repaired once and that was under warranty…I think it was within the first year…so that was disappointing, but mechanical things sometimes break for unforeseen reasons. The only concern I had is that my first replacement part was apparently refurbished. I identified worn rollers and refused the part. It was replaced with a new part and no issues. I have noticed at the 5 year mark some deterioration in the seat padding. Overall, I’m still happy with the chair’s performance.
