I am not sure where to start. This chair is loaded with features it would take me all day to write them here. First, customer service is top notch. I’ve had my chair for 4 years and get lots of relief. I had some warranty issues, but the company took care of those. It takes some time from me as they want pictures and/or videos before they send a tech. I understand the reason is few technician trips and the chair gets fixed on the first visit. The side swing doors are definitely a plus. Makes getting in and out so much easier. If any part of the massage is too intense, there are adjustments and pads included to ease the intensity. This thing has bluetooth speakers to play your favorite music or relaxing sounds. It also has an air ionizer and aromatherapy capsules you plug into the headrest for added relaxation. In the door is a USB jack to plug in your phone. The only downside here is, it does not seem to be a fast charger. I’ve had problems with my sciatic radiating down my leg. A few days on this chair and that issue is no more. The head rest will gently stretch your neck like they do in therapy with a little traction. There are a lot of moving parts and electronics, so I recommend contacting the manufacturer for their extended warranty plan.
I like how it does on my neck and lower legs &feet.
Patti and I are very happy with our OHCO massage chair. So many programs to select from, you can adjust for your preferences easily.
PROS: Great technology. Great space inside the chair. Great massage pre-sets as well as focus. You can set it to manual as well to concentrate on any part of your back. CONS: Quality and reliability are questionable. Less than a month, we had an issue with the chair: 1 – it hangs/stops whenever Focus > Low Back is started. It almost always stops at the 18th mark. 2 – the air massager of both feet does not deflate once it inflate. It holds your feet until it gets numb. First week was great but after a week, these air bags do not deflate when a pre-set or focus massage is started. Sales is great but contacting the support is so poor considering that this is a very expensive chair.
